Click the + icon in the page builder and select Google Map.
Note for Google Maps to work you'll need a working API key from here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
After you have your API key, login to your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance > Customize > Soho Hotel Settings > Google API and enter it in the Google API Key field.
