You're uploading the wrong file, go to your Themeforest downloads page, click on the green Download button and make sure you select Installable WordPress file only (not any other options), then upload the zip file in WordPress

The demo website images are not included because I'm not licensed to redistribute the images. The import data contains bank grey images which are all the same size as the demo website images, you can replace these with your own images
Go to Hotel Booking > Settings > General and make sure you've set the Booking page option as the Booking page (assuming you've imported the demo website)
A lot of web hosts and email providers block email sent using the standard PHP mail() function due to spam/abuse. The best option for sending emails is with SMTP, you can install the following plugin and enter your SMTP details in it to successfully send emails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp
Since you're using a copy of Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page Builder which came packaged with Soho Hotel, you do not have a license key. The only difference is that you get updates for both plugins through Soho Hotel, rather than from the Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page Builder plugin authors directly.
